SUB: PROTECTION FROM FALSE ALLIGATION AND BLACKMAILING.
Respected Sir,
With due respect I, ____________ resident of ______wish to inform the following facts as a law abiding, disciplined and honest resident of India against the likelihood of lodging of false complaint by _____________ D/o ____________ who is married to my son _______. __________________is currently residing with her _________________.
Since their marriage on ____________ she and her mother were pressurising us to transfer property in __________________’s name. On __________________ her mother and brother –______________ spent complete day with us & she left taking newborn child, jewellery & valuables with her in the evening.
After that we have tried our level best to bring her back by making numerous visits by my son, my wife, neighbours and myself. When our efforts did not bear any fruit we involved our and her relatives to persuade her to come back.
On _____________her maternal uncle Mr. _____ of ______conveyed her decision that she does not agree & she wants divorce. Our relatives were trying to reach a solution but they are giving unacceptable conditions. Her father has threatened that if son ______ does not agree to their terms and conditions they will drag us to court. This shows their threat and the arm-twisting tactics.
From the above-mentioned facts it seems that they will falsely implicate us viz. dowry demand case etc.
Her brother ____________ has threatened to harm my son physically in during one of the meetings.
So it is my sincere request to protect us from the dishonest people who can harass us by misusing the law, making false allegation and blackmailing. It is requested please give opportunity to show the clear picture of the case.
