Subject: Application under the RTI Act, 2005

Sir,

I have lodged a complaint, under IPC 499 and 500 against 3 accused in the JMFC Court, Ahmedabad. For the same complaint, inquiry was suggested by Hon. court by inquiry number 000/2006 under crpc section 202 to Satellite Police Station at Ahmedabad.
The information which I am seeking covers the same matter. I urge you to answer my following questions.

1. When shall I expect the inquiry report submitted back to the court for the same inquiry order?

2. What are the reasons for such an extra ordinary delay to submit inquiry report back to the Hon. court in said instance?

3. If court asks for the inquiry report u.s. 202 for IPC 499 and 500 complaint. There are probably two types of orders are given by court.

(a) Inquiry needs to be completed in a time specified in the order.
(b) Inquiry needs to be completed without any time limits defined in the order u.s. 202

What is the maximum time duration for scenario (b) as above, since the receipt of any said order by the responsible officials of the police station, who gets same order from the court?

4. From where can I seek information, if this information does not fall under your or any other official in the same or different department?
