Proforma Format : Will and Inheritance

WILL

WHEREAS I am the sole and absolute owner of______________________________________________(hereinafter referred as “ the property ”) which is my self acquired property. I hereby cancel my previous Will/s executed earlier.

AND WHEREAS the ways of God are strange and one does not know when the end may come and this mortal frame may collapse, hence I am executing my this Will to avoid any litigation and differences amongst my legal heirs, after my death.

WHEREAS I have good relations with Sh. _______________________________r/o_________________________________I hereby bequeath my________________________________________, in favour of Sh. _________________ in equal shares. If any one of them dies before me, his/her/their heirs shall become the absolute owners of the said property after my death. After my death no other person shall have any right, title or interest in the same. This Will is irrevocable.
